In this study, crude ash, protein, oil, mineral and total phenolic contents, and antioxidant properties of Enteromorpha intestinalis (L.) Kütz. and Cladophora glomerata (L.) Kütz. seaweeds were determined. The samples were collected from Acıgöl Lake in Karapınar town of Konya in Turkey.
